" My daughter (who has a gluten allergy) made the gluten free focaccia into a beef pepperoni pizza. For a first attempt it turned out amazing. We parbaked the crust for about 15 minutes and then put the toppings on and cooked for another 15 minutes. Thanks for the option to make such a great gluten free option. "

“I met the owner at the Asparagus Festival, I was a fellow vendor, and he was such a cool guy so I bought a jar of the garlic focaccia bread mix and talked with him about potential add ins and he gave me tips on baking the bread. I took it home and got the dough ready and added cherry tomatoes, fresh rosemary and assiago cheese and some flakey sea salt and oh my goodness it was delicious! My family loved it. Glad I tried it!
